Interactive Cooking Classes


Perfect for corporate team building, get-togethers with friends or celebrations like birthdays and showers

Interactive cooking classes take place in the comfort of your own home in groups of 8-12 people, depending on the size of your kitchen.

A chef will arrive at your house with all of the ingredients needed to prepare your selected menu. The group will be broken down into 4 teams. Each team will prepare an aspect of the meal under the guided eye of the chef. Once the meal is prepped and ready to go, each team will serve their dishes to the group. Each person will receive a menu package at the end of the cooking class with all of the evening’s recipes.

Wine paring packages start at an extra $20 per person.
Customized printed scrapbooks with all your photos and recipes, $36 per person.

Team 1: Hors D’oeuvres
Phyllo Rolls
Assorted mixed mushrooms sautéed with garlic and thyme served with a leek goat cheese sauce
Crudités and Dip
Vegetables and flat breads served with a roasted red pepper hummus

Team 2: Salad/Starch
Soup
Butternut, carrot and ginger soup garnished with maple candied walnuts
Rice Pilaf
Traditional rice pilaf finished with sautéed mushrooms and peas

Team 3: Main Course
Pan Seared Salmon
Salmon filets seared and glazed with a miso sesame glaze
Vegetable
Sautéed market vegetables

Team 4: Dessert
Mini Cheese cakes
Vanilla or espresso crème brulée served with a fruit compote





Elegance Package

$85 Per Person


Team 1: Hors D’oeuvres
Baked Brie
Brie wrapped in puff pastry with pecans and a fig compote, served with pita crisps
Empanadas
Vegetable or beef empanadas served with a roasted red pepper pesto salt

Team 2: Salad/Starch
Mixed Green Salad
Mixed greens with vanilla candied pecans, goat cheese and dried cranberries served with a balsamic vinaigrette
Smashed Baby Potatoes
Mini potatoes smashed and sprinkled with a rosemary sea salt

Team 3: Main Course
Stuffed Chicken
Chicken supremes stuffed with spinach and mushrooms and served with a white wine jus
Vegetable
Sautéed French beans and baby carrots

Team 4: Dessert
Crème Brulee
Vanilla or espresso crème brulée served with a fruit compote

Team 1: Hors D’oeuvres
Artichoke Dip
Hot goat cheese and artichoke dip with spiced pita chips
Thai Shrimp Rice-Paper Rolls
Shrimp and mango rice-paper rolls with a sweet and spicy cilantro sauce

Team 2: Soup/Starch
Mushroom Soup
Mushroom broth with sautéed mushrooms and finished with white truffle oil
Roasted Potatoes
Rosemary, garlic and onion potatoes

Team 3: Main Course
Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Marinated beef tenderloin seared and then roasted to perfection served with a mushroom cream sauce
Vegetable
Sautéed French beans and baby carrots

Team 4: Dessert
Molten Chocolate Cakes
Served with ice cream and a berry coulis
